May 6, 2023 was declared a public holiday and Coronation Day for Britain's newest monarch and head of state, King Charles III. On that day, Charles officially became King of the United Kingdom as well as that of at least 14 other Commonwealth countries.

These hand painted pewter figurines depict the coronation of King Charles III and Camilla. Made in France, great attention is paid to details, they are varnished with a solid glaze to guarantee their durability. These pieces of handmade art craftsmanship by Figurart in Compiègne are ideal for collectors or enthusiasts of the British monarchy. These rare figurines, because they are produced in very small series, are unique and elegant commemorative objects.

Camilla and Charles, as an iconic royal couple, embody the unity and complicity celebrated at the coronation at Westminster Abbey in 2023, sealing their destiny as sovereigns. Together, they symbolize the continuity of the monarchy, combining tradition and modernity. The scene from the balcony of Buckingham Palace is the moment that we chose to immortalize by designing these two figurines in the spirit of the toy soldiers of yesteryear.

The coronation costume of Charles III embodies majesty and grandeur. The outfit consists of an ornate royal robe, with delicate embroidery depicting symbolic designs of royalty. The coat, draped elegantly over the king's shoulders, is enhanced with gold and silver embroidery. Every detail of the crown is meticulously reproduced, from the sparkling precious stones to the chiselled details symbol of tradition of the Windsors, sovereigns of the kingdom.
